When Mercedes came on board with Jim Lee Financial, she knew family was a priority to the company. With this mutual understanding, our firm gained an invaluable asset and team member. Everyone who meets Mercedes instantly falls in love with her upbeat personality and "we will get it done" attitude. Second to family is her deep commitment to our clients. As Director of Operations, Mercedes makes it her mission to know each client and their individual needs. With Jim by her side, she will guide them in their retirement plan every step of the way.
When not at the office or home with her husband and two adorable kids, Mercedes is active on the board of the Sean O'Shea Foundation, named after her late brother. She volunteers countless hours to improve the lives of the youth in our community, which accounts for her huge smile and enormous heart. On weekends, she can be found cheering on her son who plays football and her daughter who is a part of the cheer team.
